WHAT WE DO
At Tiger's Path, we provide a place for self improvement. Hapkido, meaning " the way of coordinating energy" is not only for self defense, but a way of maintaining balance and health, mentally and emotionally, as well as physically.
Breath work, stretching, kicking, punches, breakfalls, rolls and self defense techniques. Building these skills in a safe, and welcoming environment helps to build self confidence and self discipline which transfers into all aspects of life.
For those that need a little extra help, acupuncture can help to deal with chronic issues or acute injuries, and help get you back to training and your daily life!
We currently offer classes for ages 13-17, and 18+.
BREATHING AND STRETCHING
A fundamentals class that is a great place to start. Practice and learn Danjeon breathing and stretching techniques to reduce stress, improves flexibility, balance and coordination.
Hapkido is a martial art focused on control and restraint movements to safely control a situation if possible. We also practice a variety of kicking and striking movements.
Our approach focuses on wellness, defined as:
1. The quality or state of being healthy in body and mind as the result of deliberate effort.
2. An approach to healthcare that emphasizes preventing illness and prolonging life, as opposed to emphasizing treating diseases.

Tiger's Path was born out of a simple idea: true health care begins with understanding and taking care of our own body and mind. Whether you need acupuncture to get things rolling, want to learn basic breathing and movements or are ready to dive into the full Hapkido program, we are here to help.
